I honestly prefer Paper Trail. His other albums just have some songs that I like.

Paper Trail got some fire singles, but outside of that it doesn’t interest me much outside of a couple album cuts

I'm not a huge DAMN fan. I guess it's technically a classic but it doesn't feel like it's on the level of GKMC/TPAB to me.

But it's def better than Paper Trail by a long shot.

A better comparison would be that DAMN is to Kendrick what Speakerboxx/The Love Below is to Outkast.

And what makes the comparison even more uncanny is that Outkast dropped a movie soundtrack afterwards then stopped releasing music which is exactly what Kendrick did.

Gotta offset these Kendrick stans, it’s a solid album but not a classic. Kendrick can get the smoke just like everyone else.
