It wasn't the only reason thats why I not only posted the one Chappelle was at from this week but a previous one. This has been an ongoing thing for multiple months yet the article is just giving a 30 second clip and a short summary for a reason . Making an "affordable" s***ty product that will present them costly issues when they move in that in long run cost them more than 100k in so many different ways especially as inflation continues isn't a deal. Especially in townhome, duplex structure.

"Custom part of my house had a structural flaw. (They never supported a load bearing point). It took 4 days for the to come look at it because they were too busy trying to prove there wasn't anything wrong. Have water showing up in my garage. They have come out many times to "try" to fix it. I went up to look what was wrong and found the issue in a few minutes. They cant even caulk a window correctly. Also installed damaged siding. Very unprofessional fixes. Had pooling water in my backyard and they came to "fix" the problem. Now I have about 10x more pooling water because they made a high spot in my yard that's blocking drainage. Their fix of my structural flaw damaged my newly painted wall. They won't compensate me for the damages. They said they would repaint the wall but since their fixes have been of such poor quality we don't trust they can paint the wall in a professional manner. Was told when they come to fix nail pops that the workers would come find them and fix them. Total lie there. We had to mark them all and the person they sent couldn't fix most of them because of the height. (We have a 2 story great room and entry). They sent someone else but they never looked for the nail pops and we ended up not seeing a whole row of them and now we are stuck looking at them. Very poor quality finishes especially drywall and paint. Squeaky floors due to poor quality installation of subfloor. I could go on for days."

Cramming people affordable high density housing into an area isn't automatically good or bad or "NIMBY" there are so many factors that come into it

Again I was homeless for the past 2 years from September 2019 to December 2021 with some time on couches but mainly in car. I am not just speaking malicious or blindly defending Dave Chappelle. I am looking up the information behind this given situation.
