They’re not promoting subscriptions behind this more than they are any other article or any other publication that has a paywall. That doesn’t negate information on the matter or any matter covered by a publication with a paywall.

I have no right to say the content of the article is false. But the fact that the journalist is hyping up such bleak subject matter as “her best work to date,” and BI promoted their subscriptions by name dropping this article is at least telling as to where motivations lie. Just feels like this wasn’t written to help anyone other than the writer and publication.
