Yeah b****, that's right!
"Take My Breath" will be the 4th song discussed in our new series where we will be discussing each individual song off of Abel's new, highly anticipated project, Dawn FM!
Still seems surreal we are able to discuss Abel's new album, but here we are!
Here is a template to use to help discuss a song, though it is not necessarily required. Feel free to discuss it however you would like.
GOOD QUESTIONS TO ANSWER:
• Rating out of 10
• Favourite line or quote
• Thoughts on production**
• Overall ranking in album
• Experiences or thoughts while listening to this song**
**PS. on this part, if you want, before answering consider googling "Weeknd Dawn FM Instrumental", cause this album has dedicated a lot of attention to the production part, and with the official song, the vocals obviously steal most of the listener's attention
Let me know what sort of other things I can include in these daily song discussions to make them better.

7.5/10
Legit Hated this song on the release, thought wtf is this diet blinding lights, but in the context of the album?? Fits perfectly. Def the right choice to go w extended version. Because of this I thought maybe he should’ve gone with a diff single but tbh I think any song on dawn fm is enhanced by the whole album. Maybe sacrifice could’ve stood on its own but who knows.
Fave line is the falsetto “I saw the fire when I look into your eyes”
Production is great esp transitioning out of track 3. And the bridge “oh-ohhh” part is goated
• Rating out of 10 - 10/10
• Favourite line or quote - Tell me you love me if I bring you to the light
• Thoughts on production** - Absolutely amazing. The prebuild and break down
• Overall ranking in album - One of the higher tier
• Experiences or thoughts while listening to this song** - Pretty cool to see this song finally gets it’s a due in album context. Was always over hated
