yea that’s what the prosecution said at his first appearance after saying they still have yet to receive any details regarding the grand jury or discovery
to which the defense lawyer pretty much laughed away by saying she’d be more than happy to provide the 40TB of discovery they have for the case and told the prosecutor they know the process to get the information for the grand jury
