How much the combat has improved?
How it feels gameplay during nighttime? (in term of difference within enemy behavior, sounds and atmosphere in general)
I didn't see much difference with the actual combat because I'm still in early game, but their have been improvements with preparing for combat.
You now have a weapon holster for your pistol and when you fight BTs You aren't using your own blood now, you're using others blood .
When you play DS2 you will have individual stats that improve on what playstyle you run (So if you're getting into gunbattles your mastery with Rifles and Pistols will improve, if you're fighting unarmed your Power and Consecutive strikes will increase with each level etc).
When I played into nighttime it's important to survey the area first, turn off your lights and to have as little cargo as possible for a smaller silhouette . Mules were quite responsive to anything odd.

Interpreted that as more of having an expansive toolset, and you can already tell it’s from the same guy, it has a similar sort of snap when aiming and animation stylings, it’s just a lot more sluggish and awkward because Sam isn’t literally the greatest soldier in the world like Big Boss.
Man is a goddamn delivery boy first and foremost, he’s just trying to SURVIVE in the environment.
