Honestly the corpus does a great job of catching you up to the terminology and lore of the world
I haven’t checked it out much tbh but that’s good to hear
Even though I played the first game I can still get confused sometimes when they be talking lol.
The story, the world and the specific terminology used in the game is pretty complicated so I would personally recommend playing the first game first if you don't want to be too confused and overwhelmed by everything.
There is, however, a recap video in the sequels in-game menu that can get you up to speed a bit on what happened in the first game but I haven't checked it out since I already know what it was about. Perhaps that recap is good enough if you're desperate to play the second game, but if you're not in a rush then I would recommend starting with the first one to get a better grasp of the world and what's going on.
Yeah ima take ur advice on that. It’s not like the first is a dud I’m sure it’s a great time. I’ll take my time and do it the right way

One things that’s been confusing me is the on board members when you arrive on the Magellan. It’s always more than the folks you interact with.
