Yes I used a stone, it was 16x16x1" thick.

However the larger ovens should allow me to make 18" pizzas, which is the size of NY Style.

The oven was set to 550*F, which is we perfect for that style.

OP if your pizza is that good, won’t be hard to partner with an investor. If you were in my state, I’d be interested in supporting you

I don't want to sell them, I said it's literally for myself, family, and friends.

The last thing I want is a 2nd job.

For all the stuff I need it shouldn't cost more then 13k if I buy the oven new.

If I buy it used it will cost 6k or 7k.
My plan is to find the oven I want, fly out there buy it in person, and ship it via freight to a storage facility.

The oven I want used costs 7k new, in the used market they cost about 2k to 1k.
