not a spoiler, just that once the anime ends, the arc that comes after won't be adapted as another 12 episode movie, but a movie instead. I think it's still being done by ufotable so it should still be good it's just disappointing to not get another season :(

Yeah I think the manga is nearing it's end so they're trying to wait until that happens and produce a final season with the entire last few arcs, if I had to guess. Of course, I could be wrong, but as a manga reader the way I see it they're nearing a close.
