Gives me time to read the book 3 more times so that's cool but RIP to the movie industry in 2020

is it worth reading? I tried to watch the old dune movie and couldn't get through it

The movie is confusing and narratively flawed because it was a 2 hour movie that should have been 3 hours but he was forced to make it 2 hours because the people above him told him to do so.

The book has no such pacing issues and every scene and big moment gets it's time to shine in a way that keeps you really invested in what's going to happen next. It's for sure worth reading.
