This cocksucker gave BR2049/Sicario/Arrival all 3/5. He also rates Avengers Endgame 4/5 and said the GoT ending / last season was great. His opinion is completey worthless.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH. Okay now I can confirm Dune instant classic. Sicario, Arrival and BR2049 are CLASSICS
Lady bird got a 99% on that s*** site who cares
Yeah true. I don't care about RT anymore much either. I trust Chris Stuckmann and Jeremy Jahns

I care. A lot of ppl do that’s why trailers brag about their films being certified fresh

But why?
As long as it's good enough to get green lit for part 2 why would I care?
You don't like Stuckmann?
I don't care about his opinion but I'll check out his channel if I'm looking for something to watch once in a while. Can't stand the other guy
CEO of Legendary saying he about it bout it to Tim
cant say no to mob boss timmy been known
83% so far on RT
Yeah, however, the average score is 8.2/10
Shang chi, for example, has a 92% but the average score is 7.5/10
But why?
As long as it's good enough to get green lit for part 2 why would I care?
Same reason we come on KTT? We like seeing what other people’s opinions are on s*** and discussing.

And this logic doesn’t make sense. A lot of terrible movies get green lit for sequels….
Movies get sequels to make more money not because the film is good

I'm not interested in the ratings of a film on a site where films I think are bad are highly rated and vice versa. Ratings being bad or not as good as expected doesn't necessarily mean that the film will be bad or not so good.
In Dune's case though I'm hoping it does well enough for 2nd part to be made to finish the story, the rest are irrelevent to me. Does that make sense?

This is f***ing Dune PT. 2 by Denis Villeneuve and not some s***ty generic Disney cash grab sequel by some noname director lol

You asked why I care. I gave you an answer. No one is saying RT is the end all be all, there’s plenty of movies rated high that was meh to me, and vise versa but for the most part their reviews seem to align with my personal opinion.
Ppl come on KTT and read reviews all day long but then act like reading reviews from professionals is out the norm.

And how does that take away from what I said? Dude is basically saying the movie is worth checking because it got green lit for a part 2. IMO that’s not a valid reason when s***ty movies get green lit all the time.
Based off your response he could of just said “dude it’s DUNE so it’s worth checking regardless” which is true.

Yeah you’re spot on. Also RT is just an aggregator, it’s not “deciding” anything on its own it’s just an average of what all professional critics are saying. There’s some critics whose viewpoints I really enjoy and those are the ones I usually come back to.
