After the success of the first 1 ? Dune 2 is not a bigger gamble than Oppenheimer in my opinion .

There was no guarantee that Dune 2 would do substantially better than Part 1. Part 1 did $400 million in its entire run, now Dune 2 might double that

Even industry insiders weren’t predicting it to do Oppenheimer numbers

But Dune and Oppenheimer succeeding are a great sign for the future of cinema
