NGNLDessert is the type of thing that keeps life from being a miserable existence mannn
Enjoyable things are okay as long as they don’t consume you
nature gave us dessert/sugar, fruit!
a fruit salad is just as enjoyable, even some sorbet could be done without refined sugars
the baked goods and ice cream stuff is way over the top if you really think about it
the fact you have to be careful with eating it, says a lot

proper· editedtbh unless you going to a bougie $$$+ spot most desserts at restaurants are pretty mid or at best very basic and seems like an afterthought on most menus + I’m usually way too full after a meal to want a whole dessert to myself. Once in a while we’ll split a dessert w the group tho.
I’m more of a baked goods + ice cream person and I’ll only really eat those foods from spots that specialize in them.
Yeah I meant more on the regular. I remember how on TV and movies you know they always had dessert or some s***. I’ve always looked it as a luxury lol some middle class s***
But yeah ordering dessert ain’t norm, unless whoever I’m with wants some then f*** it I’ll eat some but by then I’m full already
Obviously eating desserts on their own is cool, but when I think “dessert” I think like right after a meal lol

fam I love creme brulee
this Japanese izakaya place I go to has seasonal creme brûlée and whenever they have sweet potato or black sesame creme brûlée I always have to get my own f*** sharing lol
