For me it depends on the cakes and cookies tbh, the homemade ones always taste great. The ones you buy from outside with loads of frosting? garbage and s*** makes me feel nauseous everytime.

Ice Cream is the best s*** created by human since sliced bread
Ever since I started learning about eating healthy I basically never eat anything with sugar except fruit. That sweetness is more than enough to me, if I'm feeling something extra I'll have a small tab of dark chocolate. I fell much better than when I used to eat super unhealthy stuff filled with sugar. Really recommend anyone to try.
