    SIGH

    no way. movies for me.
im in front of my screen way longer so i almost never watch movies on my desktop anymore (i used to watch maybe 1-2 a week on my comp). Also had a crazy marathon of movies early on int he livingroom and now it has to REALLY intrigue me for me to watch it (and stay with it).

same. can't even begin any new tv shows either. would rather be outside doing something else lmao.

    Yes & no

It’s a lot less fun and heartfelt when there’s no exciting or significant events to associate with the music

But music is always there for me when I need to get in my bag

This whole thing IS the significant event tho! It’s not crazy memories or euphoric lived experience but there’s definitely music I’ve thrown on over the past year that will always remind me of this time.

I'm just very sad about the state of mainstream hip hop and where I think it's heading.

Can't be any worse than it was in 2017-2019 though That was legit f***ing horrid

  • May 1, 2021

Not gonna lie, I stopped caring about big releases because they just seem sooooo uninspired to me at the moment, it's hard to find stuff that's innovative now. Like it just seems so over manufactured now. I don't know how to explain it honestly, but yeah.

But I still love music and listen to it almost all day everyday even if it's just in the background.

majority of my time listening to music was spent commuting to work so yeah listening to music went down but I started watching live performances on youtube a lot more often tbh.

I've gotten lazier with checking for older music since COVID though. I mostly look for new s***.

This made me sad. Please my friend go listen to the music that helped you find love for music in the first place. Those songs that bring back feelings of happiness and nostalgia. A special person maybe. And then check out Lil Durk Hellcats & Trackhawks that nigga niceeee.

    hellcats n trackhawks😭
