Not at all. If somebody wants to worry about recording a whole concert rather than having fun, that’s their business. Smart phones don’t ruin a concert for me. Also it can be good promo. Could help someone decide if they want to see that singer or not.

It would ruin the concert for me if I were the one recording. Therefore, I just don't record. In fact, I don't even look at my phone until I'm done with a concert. I could not care less about how someone else chooses to spend their time at a concert that they paid to get into. That being said, I rarely even go to shows. ):
