Virgil and the head of LV kinda screwed him out of Yeezy apparel drop. Story from Ye is that he had adidas for apparel too but asked them to indemnify the agreement Bc he had negotiated an apparel deal with LV head for manufacturing and production. The LV head backed out of the deal afterwards and instead signed virgil as creative director. So Kanye was stuck with no avenues for production. That’s how I remember it.
