Like even my Dad back in the day knew he had a hand in Pac's Death.

He knew this nigga was no good.

    yup

the only real "shocking" thing is the how far the sexual s*** goes outside of orgies into literal bonafide trafficking n real pedophilia

but threats, blacksmails, shady deals, killings & being a snake plus his orgies trying to f*** every man and woman aggresively has always been talked about and out there plus his snake two faced personality - even in the literal news media its been talked about for two decades from his ex n now passed wife abuse to 2pac/big to shyne to hired hitmen etc.

Fair enough, but acting like he wasn't hated is like acting like the Minnesota Miracle didn't happen

Nah he wasn’t. I’ll even give you a modern day example on a smaller scale.

Look at Carti. He’s been involved in multiple domestic violence situations including choking a pregnant woman and shooting at a woman. All of this is common knowledge and nobody really cares.

Diddy was pretty much the same. Every celebrity in black Hollywood and white f***ed with him, ciroc was popular, Sean Jean was popular, etc

I just can't see how people think the music industry won't change after this s***.

Like if any exec is blackmailing their artists into devious actions that they don't want to do in order to have a career, they going straight into the slammer.

mostly for east coasters and east coast artists

there are multiple accounts of artists in west n south plus Em that called diddy out n spoke on his weirdo tendencies since the 90s - 2pac, criag mac and pimp c being the biggest

and there was a very small handful of east coast rappers not rocking with him like dmx, odb n 50 cent

even most ciroc partnerships were only ny artists like fat joe n busta rhymes with only a few minor non ny artists such as rick ross n birdman

the thing with diddy is that he was ever present and involved with a lot of the major events so he had control over everything and would eventually be next to any artist regardless how they felt - plus his literal blackmail that kept 80 percent of ny quiet and tied up from speaking and ignoring him straight out

you would have to not look at things of puff thats outside his literal music if you didnt catch any airs about these rumors - only thing new and surprising is the legit actual trafficking and potential pedophilia - everything else been talked about for decades - even by official media

edit: and hes had literally other cases before this year also going decades back

and this isnt even his first big expose' either lol

cassie cases was right before covid

and the hitman controversy s*** was in late 2000s n early 2010s

people just choose to be blind until its shoved right into their eyes nonstop - it sucks

That’s the thing, it was all rumors back then and nobody really cared like that. The perception of him was still the cool rap mogul who was almost synonymous with hip hop.

It’s disingenuous to say he was always hated. They had him in a raisin in the sun

It seems like only a year and some change ago this dude was a beloved mogul and celebrity. Crazy how much of a monster he was this whole time

There was always a convo about how there was something...unhinged about Diddy. We just didn't know how depraved it went

you do know hes had other cases right? and lost some of them as well?

no, thats what you call an image.

and those artists i mentioned spoke iut on him publically.

and lets not get it confused, "no one cared" until the cassie tape happend - even when the intial raid happened before it

the general public caring or not doesnt matter nor doesnt mean no one said anything or didnt have issues with puff, thats what is disgenious

it is nothing new and there were voices regardless wether you paid attention to it or not

The Cassie tape and lawsuit happened within the past year

If you go back to the 2000s and the 10s Diddy was mostly seen as a rich mogul type nigga.

I could be full of s*** on this but I think there's very much a difference in perception between how black folk saw him vs the mainstream white media who are probably the most shocked about this, but niggas been heard at least one Diddy story

There are most likely still people in the industry doing that kinda s***. Locking Diddy up doesn’t mean they the whole scene is automatically cleaned up especially if he doesn’t snitch

yeah and his abuse to ex deceased wife mother of his kids

and him fotcing shyne to cover for him which shyne spoke out on in the 2010s and why he ran to israel or whatever

craig mac literally retired due to him saying diuddy is a weirdo and a abuser

    etc.

snd hes had major court cases some of which he lost before, one of them just happened again this year where he had to pay out major for lol (thats outside the raids)

you would have to be woefully ignorant of hiphop discussion, or dont know anything outside of his literal PR crafted image

and lets not talk about cassie thats been going on in the public since the 2010s and her own court they paid out to her plus a granted RESTRAING ORDER LMAO 💀💀

Public/personal ignorance =/= didnt happen, no one cares

I mean Diddy‘s producer who pressed charges against him said lucian and em are tied in this whole s*** so who knows how deep this s*** goes. I think some of these people are too powerful to get touched even if they are guilty. for every mf who gets the whole blame there are multiple guys getting away with it

The Cassie tape and lawsuit happened within the past year

If you go back to the 2000s and the 10s Diddy was mostly seen as a rich mogul type nigga.

yeah i mentioned that and his image, idk why youre repeating that - iwas saying he was getting defended until the tape of cassie looking like she was dead during the beaten. the 1st raid already happened before that and he was getting defended and with other things. the "public" didnt care till cassie tape including the 1st raid but it doesnt negate everything else.

Hes also had hitpieces on him before this year so idk what you talking bout, mainly in the 2010s, and headlines of his courts and issues.

And he was being called that while already havinbg cases some of which he lost out on such as cassie getting a restraining order abd a payout, him abusing his ex deceased wife, him forcing shyne to take a charge for him hich shyne then speaks out on in the 2010s and deserts to a foreign country, craig mac suing him and winning while talking about all the foul s*** hes does and him retiring from rap to the deep south to become a preacher, how diddy had way too many people in a venue by overselling tickets which the city told him not to do and it ended up getting a dozen people killed and he had none of the exits unlocked etc.

And this is without going into actual artistis testimonies and talks, this is actual court and law stuff.

Like idk how you can deny this all day and then only bring up his own PR crafted image - rkelly was still called a king and a legend that was featured everywhere even tho he literally taped himself pissing on a 14 year old and that he illegally married a teen aaliyah whih was all in the public and most the public ignored until the major docu series and court from few years ago.

And the saying "great loving mogul" that is mostly only ny artists would say lol again youre ignoring the whole other 3 quarters of the country where many west coast and south talked about him straight up and had multiple public beefs.

And idk why you keep bringing up movie appearences as if that has anything to do with the music industry, but on top of that, ignoring his deals and partnerships that grant him those oppurtunities ) and this isnt even talking about blackmail) - but even outside it doesnt matter lmao.

Your/the publics ignorance doesnt mean it didnt happen nor it wasnt talked about.
