Combs' Agnifilo: I suggest we just tell them, it is early, you are just getting started, if there is a further issue please let us know.

So they notified the judge that this juror seems to be trying to f*** up the verdict

Is that what they said?

it could be that whoever this is drunk but sending a note saying they can’t follow the instructions and wanting that juror to be interviewed is a pretty big indictment this early

Sean Combs has been brought back into the courtroom by US Marshals. His lawyers are gathered around looking at a piece of paper

Judge: We have two letters notes from the jury, if an individual asks for a controlled substance and the person hands it over, it is distribution? And the 2d says they will end at 5 pm. I suggest we respond by pointing to the jury charge

AUSA Comey: We have a respond to the question, but if the jury wants to leave, let's do that first.
Combs' Agnifilo: We have a response too.
Judge: Let's bring out our jury and I'll discharge them for the day.

All rise!
[Jurors enter]
Judge: Per the jury's request, it's now five pm so we'll excuse you for the day. Your question, we'll answer you tomorrow morning. I am not going to bring you into the courtroom tomorrow morning. You just come in and start at 9.

Judge: Ms. Comey?
AUSA Comey: I think the answer should say "Yes," then point them back to the instruction.
Combs' Agnifilo: I would like a little more time to discuss it with the team. My initial reaction is that that is not our proposal.
Judge: Confer with the government and let us know by 6 pm is there is agreed language.

It was "simplified" so that it's easier to convict from what I learned

It has yet to be read out in court, nor has Sean Combs been brought back in from the holding call.

For now, lawyers are milling around, Combs' lawyers Shapiro, Driscoll, Steel, Agnifilo, et al hunched over laptop

I know AK and the diddy blogs were reposting that s*** super hard. I think technically saying the original charges were dropped is correct since they are replaced with the new versions

Combs' Agnifilo: We proposed you tell them to continue deliberating and that you not take the partial verdict. No modified Allen charge.
