1-27 are all 4 stars or higher for me. Been wanting to rewatch Catch a Thief cause ive only seen it once and feel like i didnt give it due credit

I just like a bunch of characters stuck somewhere dealing with morality and ethics and such. Steinbeck was actually pissed about how they handled the black guy though.

Yeah there are aspects of the film that have always been heavily criticized. But in terms of bringing that specific scenario to the screen, it's masterfully done.
