Wym by permament? You can level up each attribute ofc. Especially the thought cabinet system shouldnt be neglected (as I did in my first playthrough lmao) basically gives you free points

Those are just your base stats, now you start gaining levels and start putting those points into more stats as you go.

Different clothes also give you different stat bonuses, as well as different 'thoughts' that you choose for your character to focus on.

No. There’s clothing that you get throughout the game that bump up various stats, and your thought cabinet also can increase stats.

You can also use cigarettes, alcohol and d**** to boost when necessary as well.
