I think this is the real swag right now, although a lot of it is too put together for my taste, I think cherishing and wearing your clothes and repairing them or making your own clothes is fresh af.

These are just random pictures from the internet, but you could easily buy trim on Amazon and webbing and buckles and add additional straps to an already existing bag.

You can resole them pretty easily by just heating the soles up pulling the sole off and gluing another sole on.
Sewing the upper however is pretty challenging without a specialized sewing machine. Normal sewing machines are way too bulky on the bottom to really fix shoes. You could however probably repair it by hand tho

it looks like the dye is just diluted and they dont let the dye sit for very long
