Only heard about this case through another person but she was trying to stab/attack someone right?
Yes she was literally inches away from stabbing another girl when she got shot
I need to understand how the Stand Your Ground law works in Ohio before I comment
at least know what you're talking about like damn
Dude you can’t make that distinction in half a second. You’re acting like he stood over her and shot her as she laid on the ground.
He fired 4 shots in rapid succession. He did exactly what cops are trained to do. Cops aren’t trained to only fire once.
No I'm not acting like that, I'm saying exactly what he did.
U can literally see the camera move to the left as he shot her. I'm not even saying the shooting wasn't justified but he went overboard.
They're trained to use as many bullets stops the threat. She only had a knife, 1 or 2 bullets was enough and they don't always fire in quick succession. Bro just got trigger happy

She wasn’t defending herself. She was the aggressor in this entire thing.
Bro I originally said there was nothing that could justify this, but after really looking at this one I think it should be dismissed as just something very very unfortunate. Look at every fact you can find about this particular incident. The only word is unfortunate, this cop is not Derek Chauvin
4 times of her being shot is my issue Not the taser because that’s not even true
I need to understand how the Stand Your Ground law works in Ohio before I comment
Also yes we should know state police laws and assault laws of where this happened
y'all are saying 4 shots sas too much but aren't they trained to go all out when they do decide to shoot?
i mean that was the criticism thrown at the officer who shot that kid in chicago right? that shooting only once meant that he wasn't sure of the threat and that he f***ed up?
I need to understand how the Stand Your Ground law works in Ohio before I comment
probably the same with every state
Yes she was literally inches away from stabbing another girl when she got shot
At that point, you kinda forcing someone's hand.
This ain't the same as the other cases where people are unarmed.
4 times of her being shot is my issue Not the taser because that’s not even true
Yeah 4 times seems like a lot but it’s not. Cops are usually trained to unload their whole clip once they start shooting.
She wasn’t defending herself. She was the aggressor in this entire thing.
Where are you getting that from? Didn't she reportedly call the police because a group of girls were tryna fight and jump her?
Where are you getting that from? Didn't she reportedly call the police because a group of girls were tryna fight and jump her?
nope that's false, one girl told her to do the dishes and make her bed and she started going ballistic cause she didn't wana do chores
Where are you getting that from? Didn't she reportedly call the police because a group of girls were tryna fight and jump her?
That was the other girl, you hear in the background they were coming for her grandmother as well
Yeah 4 times seems like a lot but it’s not. Cops are usually trained to unload their whole clip once they start shooting.
Unnecessary regardless training don’t mean that you blindly do what they say
Also yes we should know state police laws and assault laws of where this happened
It's sticky situation with the whole Stand Your Ground Law
Say if a cop shot zimmerman while he was "standing his ground" against Trayvon Martin? Is that a clean kill?
Source on the cop saying blue lives matter? I had seen a video of other cops at the scene once protestors were there and somebody said blue lives matter, I couldn’t tell if it was a cop or a counter protestor? Or something. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was a cop, but I don’t think the cops from that video were the ones that had actually shot her. Could be wrong though, never looked into that
Where are you getting that from? Didn't she reportedly call the police because a group of girls were tryna fight and jump her?
I saw a few say she was the aggressor but idk
Where are you getting that from? Didn't she reportedly call the police because a group of girls were tryna fight and jump her?
Watch the video
Nobody was even fighting when the cop gets there... the cop gets out of his car and casually walks up and the girl in pink walks towards him to talk
Then from the driveway Makhia tries to stab another girl and throws her to ground and the cop yells and pulls out his gun
Then Makhia runs to the girl in pink and pushes her against the car with her left arm while having the knife in her right hand about to stab her
That’s when the cop opens fire after yelling at her to stop
