i take caffiene + l theanine in the morning and it works. skips the coffee and it goes straight into energy without the jitters.
I tried Lions Mane & Ginkgo, 100% noticed they worked BUT, it’s effects seemed relative to the amount of sleep I got.
The more better sleep I got, the better they worked tbh.
Current trend is Ginko, Tumeric, Gotu Cola & Guarana Seed Powder.
