But it’s not pseudoscience my brother I told you!! I used to get good sleep, and bad sleep as well, separately before taking nootropics.
I took nootropics while having bad sleep, still noticed they worked to a degree. Got even better sleep, their effects exponentially got better (even better than when I had good sleep, no nootropics).
So, to your point - I could’ve worded it a bit better. I just noticed my nootropics kick in harder under better sleep (I know what my normal “good sleep” output was as well, and I was exceeding it with my nootropic intake).

Oh cool im an ms2.
i take caffiene + l theanine in the morning and it works. skips the coffee and it goes straight into energy without the jitters.
Bomb combo
Yes start with amino acids like l theanine and l tyrosine for focus and calm. The FDA trynna get rid of NAC but that's so good for alot of things, if u losing hair or if u got anxiety problems, it regulates glutamate or something. personally I'd rather not take stuff like modafinil for focus and s*** just get good rest diet and a fitness routine going.
I do use some anti anxiety noots like valerian and ashwagandha, and they are pretty good.
Also make sure to get your vitamins. Thos make a huge difference.
@op check this guy out, his vids are good:
!https://youtu.be/KOyOyi3P7REI been meaning to get on lions mane. And this channel is awesome for nootropic info
so this alpha brain I just copped aint gonna do s***?
let me know how it goes,
joey diaz been tryna sell me that s*** for years
honestly all pseudosciences have qualities available for people to get their results.
but it works at varying effects for different people, so do with that info what you will OP.
however if your interested i would probably start with your metabolism , family medical history , dieting information , etc.etc. and find a nootropic that closely resembles plants / foods that would help you specifically.
