StankieGenuinely have never understood the need for so much time away for 1 single-day holiday. My company gives us Christmas eve to New Years day off every year, and I just end up feeling more bored than anything. Seems like everyone is just lazy and content with sitting around all day. They gave me a roof over my head, food on my table, and the ability to be productive and contribute on a daily basis. And what I have I done for them? Take their money, take their insurance, and take their 4% IRA match.
They’ve done more for me than I’ve done for them. It’s time for me to show them that.
