Why would I shower before working out?

If you worried about smelling before to the gym, wash under your armpits, neck, and butt area with a wash cloth in the sink, call that s*** a bird bath.

I do sometimes depending on if I’m not on a schedule or pressed for time. No lie, I feel pretty good about it. Fresh clothes fresh skin, some light cologne . I’ve gotten compliments. And there are a lot of women who I’m sure do it too because they smell amazing for someone who’s working out

But, on the days I don’t shower before the gym, I usually just get some body wipes and wipe myself down. Wash my face and put some deodorant on

But for everyone saying it’s weird it’s more common than you know. At least with older adults, this is isn’t high school locker room days anymore. We PMF status

Yeah, before COVID-19 I'd take a shower when I woke up, I'd take another one during my lunch break at work (I get a 2 hour break so I go get some food and shower home). After work I go to the gym and take a cold shower before my sets to pump me up. Of course you sweat a lot during exercise so after I was done with lifting/cardio, I'd take another shower (this time a bit warmer). Then I'd go home and before I went to bed I'd take another shower because I don't want to dirty my linen.
