DannyYeah, before COVID-19 I'd take a shower when I woke up, I'd take another one during my lunch break at work (I get a 2 hour break so I go get some food and shower home). After work I go to the gym and take a cold shower before my sets to pump me up. Of course you sweat a lot during exercise so after I was done with lifting/cardio, I'd take another shower (this time a bit warmer). Then I'd go home and before I went to bed I'd take another shower because I don't want to dirty my linen.
