The most evil trait of mine is that I firmly believe in vengeance. I can’t forgive, because I can never forget. If I can’t forget, I can never forgive.

My friend and I had this convo all day today because I’m hurting and she understands because her brother was brutally murdered two summers ago as an act of revenge. She knows it’s a vicious cycle and she believes in karma.

The thing with karma is that you don’t know if the person that did you wrong got what they deserved but with vengeance you know this person that did you wrong got what they deserved because your the one serving them

The only reason im able to forgive is because I always forget eventually. You don’t forget the f***ed up things people do to you but when it comes to minor stuff you shouldn’t be as hurt or angry about it months later as you were when it first happened

I don’t believe in karma, life is absurd and 9 times out of 10 you will never really know the full story behind anything to be able to say somebody did or didn’t have whatever coming

jokes aside, I believe that if you stay positive its more likely that good things will happen to you. But revenge is for the weaks. If doing something bad to somebody just cuz he did the same to you aint s***, be better so world can be a better place for everybody too.

Most people f*** their own life up just to take revenge and the satisfying for the revenge is temporary and fake. The burden never really ends there unless u r too stupid to trick yourself to. U dont always have to forgive or forget but you shouldnt let somebody else's negative energy affect you in a bad way still. Life is short, chase your happiness in this journey not other people's sadness
