That was one of the reasons the buzz and streams were low for it. It got pushed and taken in with that narrative. It turned out to be a solid project though, I don’t even think they realized it when putting it together. It’s a More Life 2.

Imagine if they slapped on Love All, TSU, Race My Mind and Greece since those had all leaked around the time. It would’ve been great capitalization. Those and in addition to Not You Too, Desires, Time Flies. The tone and Hype for for CLB would have been immaculate.

CLB is definitely better and more consistent, but DLDT has some standout songs that could have replaced the worst songs on CLB. Not You Too, Time Flies, and Chicago Freestyle are album songs.

yah bro the vibes on that project are just something else. An underrated gem within his discography and I'm totally okay with that
