Wake up @ 4:30. The first couple hours are the same as any other day. S***, shave & shower. Then check my email. Go to the gym, & I usually get back around 9-10a. Shower again & after that it really just depends. If I have errands to run like getting groceries or something i'll do that but other than that its either chilling at home or making plans with my gf, family or friends if I dont already have plans in place.

I generally don't start getting tired til around midnight everyday. I'm stuck in that mode. There are days I try my hardest to sleep in & I still wake up at 4:30a.
Like my brother gets up pretty early too like 5 I think and on the weekends he has no issue being able to sleep in til 8-9.
Saturday I wake up and drink an energy drink or have coffee then shower then schoolwork before a 3 hour shift. After I try to disc golf and drink or go play pinball
Sunday I wake up and take a shot then clean. If I have homework I do that too. Rest of day drink and play video games or watch movies with my wife. If it's nice out we try to go to the pool. Sunday funday
If I have no school atm I have no idea what to do a lot of the time
Friday - Call the boys, get a bag and do hoodrat s***
Saturday - Wake up if not still up from the night before, continue hoodrat s***
Sunday - Stare into the abyss
Friday night usually at the studio
Saturday usually cleaning, babysitting, and just smoking before and after the gym during the morning/early afternoon. Get about 2-3 hour walk in Saturday afternoons. Nothing better than hitting the bowl and walking for hours. Take a nap after and then get ready for night which is usually going out with my sisters or heading to the studio again
Sunday go to church in the morning then repeat of Saturday afternoon. Rest of the day dedicated to studying, video games and whatever random s*** the lil ones tryna do

these days ive been enjoying my saturdays to myself tbh
waking up around 10 am, getting a workout in around 6-7pm, watching a movie later in the night
Wake up nice and early, have an espresso, hit the gym before the sleep in crowd gets there (aka KTT2)
Hit the peloton when I get home for some cardio, put on Formula 1 if it’s race day, or some soccer and/or tennis
Have a nice dinner and read some books/watch a movie
Friday gym set after closing company laptop and then I’ll pack a bowl after shower and let thc drive me thru weekend
Go out
Wake up w hangover
Work
Feel very bad late afternoon
Go out
Chilling w friends on Sunday
