Wake up @ 4:30. The first couple hours are the same as any other day. S***, shave & shower. Then check my email. Go to the gym, & I usually get back around 9-10a. Shower again & after that it really just depends. If I have errands to run like getting groceries or something i'll do that but other than that its either chilling at home or making plans with my gf, family or friends if I dont already have plans in place.

I'm good on like 6-7. I actually think when people sleeping 9-10 hours it's crazy. I can't sleep nearly half the day away. It doesn't sit right with me. My gf does it all the time though.
I'll sleep when i'm dead.
I have contemplated lately maybe adding an hour nap to my day.

Take a shower (whilst crying). Get ready for bed. Get on my knees and pray to the Lord to not wake up. Get into bed. Cry. Fall asleep.
Add an another cry or two if my routine gets disrupted at any point.
