ABCDEFThey might be living paycheck to paycheck but it’s because they don’t properly balance their budgets, not because they are poor.
Even if they just broke even on their mortgage Vs rent that’s still ~1500+ extra a month they aren’t spending on housing.
Most people in poverty would be doing a lot better if they had an extra 1500 a month in their pockets
