But to answer your question.. always crunchy for store bought cookies. But medium rare for fresh baked (crispy fully cooked edge/crust w chewy texture and almost raw cookie dough center )

Last time I had em was around the start of the pandemic when I didn't have a set place to live but one of the homie's I'd stay with sometimes would bake em with his girlfriend (feel you heavy on that fresh baked cookies ish)
Food budget got tighter/got more health conscious around September so I tried to focus on cutting out processed foods/sweets/take out and I'm not able to make them myself for various reasons but hopefully that can change in the next few months with some improvement/change in some areas
