WLR is really in another stratosphere creatively and talent wise than anything he’s released prior
Who gives a s*** what y’all “wanted”
The first 10 seconds of Die4Guy is better than the entirety of Die Lit. And I like die lit.
If u think Nicki is a gem, then we need not converse
That's the only one. That biggest thing out the apple since facetime was a bar though
The timing of that “uh yea” in between the bars on Rockstar made is impeccable. If you haven’t noticed this I don’t respect your opinion on WLR
Masterful execution
It’s the little things for me
Die Lit 9/10
WLR 10/10
That's the only one. That biggest thing out the apple since facetime was a bar though
I can’t even hold u, that was a bar
How’s an 8/10 a classic
Don’t have to be perfect to be a classic imo. I put TC and NWTS at 8/10 and they’re both classics
I probably already posted in here but WLR is a f***ing generational hip hop classic. It will go down as a very important album.
The hate from people "I WISH x leak was on there, album would have been so much better!!!" is so face-palm bro
That's actually one of the things that makes Red so great, the fact that people were expecting something and Carti did a total 180 on those expectations. Pure art move.

it won't. but it'll go down as a ktt classic.

Dude it's already a cult classic. It will go platinum over a gradual but consistent time from a loyal fanbase (Just like DL did).
But thats okay if you think otherwise. Great steps forward in art cause polarizing responses.

ktt said the same thing about rodeo, endless, hndrxx, etc. none of those albums became classics and it's been years since their release. the best thing to do is just wait and see what happens instead of making bold predictions

I dont agree with any of this but I like you as a poster and appreciate you not resorting to being an a****** over a music forum disagreement
I cant think of any other album Red can be compared to (maybe Kids See Ghosts?) and thats why it will stand the test of time imo

ditto. this is one of the polarizing albums released in recent years, so it can go either way. if this becomes influential or changes the game in one way it will have a chance, will it be 808s or yeezus? time will tell

“Generational hip hop classic” lmao everybody outside of Carti stans and ktt have already forgot the album existed in months.
die lit is the more enjoyable listen for me, at least it sticks to its vibe while WLR is just all over the place. WLR might have higher peaks tho
