  • think it’s more likely some AI innovation takes over music than another genre, Also think rap would’ve been on top way sooner if most the population wasn’t out of touch vaguely racist white folk

    Lmao there a niches of creative rap that are fine and thriving but in general mainstream music has made rap music redundant. Everything good about the last 20 years of rap sounds is better executed in other lanes now

    mainstream rap was never at the forefront for creativity in this genre

    every rap era had fast food, bubble gum rap that was mainstream
