Well, I think any subject can be approached with a mature perspective. So I suppose it’s less a question of theme and moreso execution. I think mature execution promotes reflection through the exposure of new ideas/experiences and ways to consider those ideas/experiences. I wouldn’t consider lyricism about fatherhood to be automatically more mature than lyricism about sex/drugs (aka themes commonly associated w immaturity)
