Let’s go in just in expecting a Strange/Wanda action movie with Raimi style visuals

A few months ago after NWH and this movie had reshoots, leakers and people made it sound like they were getting EVERYONE in this movie and making it a marvel 2000s till now celebration, with Nicholas cage, OG fantastic four, Ben Affleck, all the x men

But it sounds like that wasn’t true and it’s still just a DS/scarlet witch story with obviously multiverse fun at parts but nothing like NWH

Y’all can stop coming in this thread if you’ve already read all the recent leaks. It’s not cool to be the guy that says “well actually this movie WONT be having xyz” it’s like a reverse spoiler.

Same vibe when a friend saw NWH before me and says “I’m not gonna spoil anything dude but I wish they put venom in there as a villain” it’s like ahh cool now I know he’s not in it

But isn’t that better than someone going in expecting something it’s not, disliking the film because of it when in actuality it was never meant to be what they thought?

There’s no reason to jump between and participate in each thread. Yea you’re not directly spoiling anything but the way youre responding to people purely speculating is giving context that we otherwise wouldn’t have itt.

Nah, not if you gotta provide context that isn’t included in the promo of the movie. That’s the whole point of marketing is to give the fans material to speculate prior to release.

Yes and marvel has succeeded in marketing this as it’s already pushing major numbers. Nobody itt is employed by Marvel so there’s no reason to give spoiler-informed context just bc you think it’ll make someone anticipate it more.
