Goes away by itself in most cases, if it remains after two weeks or so go to the doctor

Most concerning thing it could is is cancer so you should have it evaluated. But it’s likely hidraadenitis suppuritiva mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hidradenitis-suppurativa/symptoms-causes/syc-20352306

You likely need antibiotics to help. Something like doxycycline

Okay just checking, cause I've seen a f*** ton of people with swollen axillary (armpit) lymph nodes from the COVID vaccine lol.

If it's a swollen lymph node (which it probably is), it could be indicative of many things. Commonly, an infection such as a skin infection, cat scratch disease, or a number of other less common infections. Could also be due to an autoimmune cause, or worst case scenario a malignancy.

I don't feel comfortable telling you either way what I would think it is, given I don't know the full history and can't examine you IRL. I would suggest seeing a doctor, be it either your PCP or at an Urgent Care or something.

At the very least, they can be sure that there's nothing going on and nothing to worry about, but can also potentially see if further workup or treatment is necessary
