Nah but one time I had to urinate and the kidney stone got half way through my p**** but i run dry and the rock was stuck there and everytime i touched my s*** it hurt. Had to wait like an hour for the urine to build up to push the stone through it was torture.
so for example i go to bed at 1am etc then i sleep for like 5-6 hrs then afterwords i wake up and cant go back to sleep i am just lying there tossing an turning
what do you guys do to help yourself go back sleep when this happens ?
stay up the whole day to reset your schedule
