Ur a soldier man , congrats
Definitely get it a lot, can be bad for long stretches at a time then go away completely for a while
Not going to claim that i know the science or anything but my guess would be that it has to do with social media/constant connection to technology in general. Combine that with most of our jobs being constant computer usage is a lot of screen time for our brains to handle
Typical diets of Americans probably doesnt help either, nor does the general lack of exercise
Ur a soldier man , congrats
made me who i am today! i can only thank it really, best thing to ever happen to me!
