    below 0 = icy/snowy

    20 = room temperature

    Nice even numbers to base off how cold/warm the temperature is.

    What about hail tho is that icy? What if its just cold as hell and it feels below zero and it might be but its not snowy. I'm sure this happens

    I grew up on Celsius so it made no sense to me that Fahrenheit has such arbitrary numbers like 32 degrees for water freezing?
