Dre has done nothing for Kendrick but co-sign him

not really. he promoted the hell out of gkmc and signed kendrick to his first major label, he’s definitely a huge reason why kdot become big in the first place

not that kendrick had to rely on him or anything, but saying that dre did nothing for kendrick and his career is just false

    Busta as well

He had a shelved album on Aftermath

Then we have Dre's own failed projects like Detox, NWA reunion album, The Chronic 2 (way before "2001"), collab albums with Snoop and Ice Cube, an instrumental album, etc etc

S*** even last year he announced a new Marsha Ambrosious album 😂

"I was sitting with Melissia Brim (ex-girlfriend), and my best friend (Earl Hayes) called me on FaceTime. We were talking a little bit, he put Stephanie (Moseley) on the phone, I talked to her," said Mayweather. "He reached down and put out a gun. I said, 'Man, what are you doing with that gun?'. He started shooting, then he shot her, and then he put the gun to his head. And that's what it was. Then I had to bury my best friend," Mayweather added

    What a scumbag

Also according to 50 Floyd was cheating with the wife and that's why Hayes called floyd

It's not a Dre type beat at all tbh. He doesn't have anything similar stylistically

It's more reminiscent of Ice Cube - It Was a Good Day. Far too laid back and soulful for Dre whose style is more aggressive and drum heavy

But the Interscope marketing machine is too powerful

Drums in that song are really heavy imo
