Nah fr why are the newest generation of retail workers so bad? So many of them are legit stupid and spaced out mentally to the point it got me wondering how they even made it into work. They make so many careless f*** ups as well
It’s retail man, underpaid and having to deal with people being overly aggressive and stupid.
The number of dudes who’ve threatened to kill me, fight me, or just generally attempt to bully because I’m not able to accept a return of there’s because they don’t have a receipt, or because they read a sale sign wrongly is astronomical.
Buy the s*** online if it bothers you that much.
Most jobs you need to be able to hear what's around you whether you're interacting with customers or working in a warehouse/stockroom with heavy equipment, walkie talkies, vehicles etc
Not at all. It bugs me people would look at someone who works a job that’s hard and tedious like in fast food and not even let them listen to music. Give me a break.
Man for years fast food works and people who work the cash register had to fight just to be able to sit in a chair while working because customers would say "It's unprofessional!"
The way people wish to make the work lives of overworked minimum wage employees more miserable is extremely bizarre.
Customer service? Yes.
I always drive with my AirPods in, especially on the highway. My mom has been telling me it's a bad idea, but I think im finally going to stop.
