    Great album I do think however it gets carried by 2016 mythos and nostalgia is one helluva augmentation

    The 04-13 run built his persona/brand/the tidal wave of “Kanye West” to a certain level and it’s the peak classic Kanye album for people who weren’t old enough for or weren’t genuinely tapped into the first run but became a fan in that 2010-2015 pocket

    I’d bet most people who rate Pablo that high weren’t alive and/or cognizantly paying attention to 106 and park/mtv sucker free/rap magazines/SOHH WSHH etc in 2005-2010 lol

    Talking to niggas on here opened my eyes to how many mfs over 20 just started really listening to rap fr in 2015-2017. But its an old head who probbaly feels like that about someone who started listening in 01-07 so alas the circle of life lol

    I had Wu Tang Forever, Capital Punishment , When Disaster Strikes, Hard Knock Life etc when they came out. Collected The Source and XXL for years starting in like '98.

    And all Kanye's albums on day 1. Pablo top 3 Ye

    after listening to all his album 1000 times, MBDTF, Yeezus and Pablo have the best replay value. could be recency bias even though theyre 10-15 years old lol.
