The Super Hero characters will probably be the 8th anniversary imo

I think it’d be looked at as a huge whiff by Toei to wait an entire year later to give those characters a celebration, but I get your reasoning. Schedule wise, it’s tough to see where they’d fit outside of Christmas

Christmas/New Year would also work, but regardless I think they’re going to have to rework the schedule for the Global version for it to fit.
