it's overrated in the sense that it shouldn't be called the greatest album of all time out of all music, i agree
otherwise? nah, that album is very well composed and put together. it's damn near perfect. i fw in rainbows heavy but i don't think i'd put it anywhere near it personally.
idk personally if someone said okc was the best album ever i wouldnt debate them
its up there with SITKOL, Close To The Edge, WYWH, Illmatic, etc in terms of being musical perfection
