I actually graduated in economics and looking at your wrong opinion on the matter I'mma guess that I also happen to know more than you on the subject. The market isn't regulated enough which leads to a few already well established companies controlling their respective markets and making sure to keep it that way. Hell, it's been proven that the big tech companies stopped offering better salaries than each other so they couldn't poach from each other, keeping the salaries stagnant and that's just one example. AKA collusion.
