    theswaddle.com/regular-blood-donations-can-reduce-toxic-forever-chemicals-in-the-bloodstream-study

Plasma donation is twice as effective at reducing the PFAS in your bloodstream. Might start doin that to make some extra cash and also get this crap outta my body.

I won’t lie, but this sounds like a case of blatantly lying about the results of a study that shows, that may be the case in some instances and by a very little amount at that. But I guess it depends on how you frame it and why you would want to.

I mean in terms of donation it makes sense just mathematically. You take out X ml of blood that contains Y number of PFAS and then your body has to make fresh new blood to replace it. Free, or containing fewer PFAS.

I'm a bit confused why plasma donating would work better but it has to be something within the treatment of the blood, removing the plasma which attracts more PFAS, and then reintroducing the cleaner blood back into the body.

But really at the end of the day how can we know anything is real you know.

Grown men in Mexico get kidnapped, have gender-realignment surgery forced on them and sold off as s***slaves all the time. It's all a ploy.

I didn't want to donate plasma again after doing so 55 times when I was too disabled to work and needed to pay for classes but this got me thinking about getting back to it plus the money would be a big help

In my experience, hydration level was key

I'd see people that were well hydrated in and out in as few as 30 minutes

Always took me close to an hour because I couldn't drink enough water back then + I had to walk two miles to the donation center in high temperatures
