Day 6 Clean
Slept all day to try to gain all hrs of sleep I’ve lost didn’t work to well but I did sleep. I’m beat guys ngl but I know it’ll get better. I can’t fold.
I got some melatonin gummies they lowkey work. Gonna pop 3 in abit and catch these zzzs hopefully I can get some good rest and start tomorrow fresh

I was the first 3 days and felt good but I’m not getting good sleep so I’m tired af thru out the day it’s hard to exercise when you’re mentally drained

Start drinking alot of wter and cranberry juice....u gotta flush out the thc in ur system while u workout. If u feel to mentally drained, just go for long walks while listening to music

Working out helps getting back to normal
I found that when I would take a T break I would have to tucker myself out to actually get good sleep and then you get in a groove, like workout or go running, if you’re doing nothing your body won’t need to rest

I know the feeling, but forcing yourself to work out even though you are tired will help.
Also if you can stop focusing on the fact that you don’t smoke and instead focus on something that makes you happy, it will help.

At the same time I think you shouldn't lift heavy weights if you're sleep deprived. This could mess your body up in subtle ways

Don’t go overboard, I agree but you gotta challenge the voice that says “I can’t do nothing” but still it’s also very important not to put pressure on yourself about performing or succeeding, because that leads to relapse(from personal experience).
If you have a friend or a girl you cool with, and who will accept that you are low, hangout with them. The social experience also helps allot

since I quit about a month ago every single night I be havin some scary ass nightmares every nite. S*** is f***in trashhhh. I really want it to stop why can’t I be havin good dreams fam
